We are looking for a temporary employee for a period of 3 years on part-time (50%) contract to our Operations & Policy Management department to our office in Helsinki.

 

What you do

Policy administration, including:

·  Proof-reading terms and conditions
·  Policy Data registration
·  Policy Document creation
·  Managing Customer Master Data
·  Managing shared mailboxes

Process improvements and sharing best practices.

You are an important link between Policy Management and other departments.

You will be a proactive and determined colleague that is able to work independently supporting the needs of our customers as well as being part of the Nordic Policy Management team where you can share best practices and provide support. You are a person who comes with a positive attitude to meet and exceed the expectations of our customers. You will have a lot of contact with our internal departments, and it is important that you have a problem solution-oriented approach.

 

The ideal candidate has experience from the insurance industry and/or the finance sector and the desire to give our customers the best service. In addition, you must be curious about IT systems and have the desire to learn new systems.

 

Additional desired skills and competencies:

·  Insurance (credit insurance will be a plus)
·  Finnish (native/highly advanced) and English (fluent/experienced)
·  Office package (primarily Word and Excel)
·  AS400 system
·  Salesforce system
