You'll be responsible for
· Monitoring the performance of repair shops to achieve positive performance outcomes, including regular on-site visits.
· Identifying market and industry trends, evaluating, and applying strategies to improve repair shop performance.
· Understanding and anticipating customers’ needs by developing strong business relationships combined with competitor analysis to improve customer insights.
· Overseeing the onboarding of new repair facilities and supporting the offboarding of repair facilities not meeting required performance standards.
· Supporting the application of nationally consistent Assessing policies, procedures, and work practices.
About you
· Must have trade qualifications as a Panel beater, Spray painter or Motor mechanic. ( essential )
· Motor insurance experience would be highly desirable ( desirable )
· Current and practical knowledge of the smash repair industry.
· Excellent negotiation and data analytical skills.
· Demonstrated capability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks, manage competing resources, and demands.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity, impact and influence.
· Team player who collaborates well with others to achieve customer centric outcomes.
