Sales Training Specialist

Purpose of the Role

 

As a Sales Training Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for an end-to-end view of training. Primary functions include pre, during and post conduct of training programs for distributors. You will conduct, monitor, review, and update training programs to ensure that materials are constantly relevant in the improvement of the skills and knowledge of distributors.

 

You will create training curriculum and programs. Coordinates and directly collaborates with stakeholders and ensures execution of tasks are seamless. 

 

 

Responsibilities of the Role

 

  • Increase sales intermediaries’ activation, productivity, and sales leader development.
  • Creation and development of effective training curriculum and programs with complete resource materials and follow up follow through activities.
  • Efficient training reporting and analysis that will show impact to business results.

 

 

Requirements for the Role

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Education, Psychology, Communications or Marketing
  • At least 2 years work experience in training and development, with preference to Life Insurance, Finance or Banking industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
  • Knowledgeable in Training Needs Analysis and Curriculum Development
  • Advanced knowledge on MS PowerPoint Application and MS Excel Application
  • With exposure to training sales leaders
