The primary purpose of this role is to lead the enterprise-wide employee listening strategy for Allianz Australia, with responsibility for employee culture and engagement surveys, the Great Place to Work accreditation, and the broader culture insights and reporting ecosystem.
About the role
- Lead the comprehensive delivery of enterprise employee culture and engagement surveys, encompassing design, administration, communication, data analysis, reporting, and action planning.
- Manage the annual Great Place to Work accreditation, collaborating with the global engagement team to coordinate local administration and delivery, and utilize results for organizational culture insights.
- Develop and maintain the employee listening strategy to ensure clarity, alignment, and consistency across various feedback channels, including surveys and qualitative listening.
- Analyze and synthesize insights from quantitative and qualitative data to identify key themes, risks, strengths, and opportunities in the employee experience, and produce high-quality reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with People & Culture Business Partners, People Analytics, and organizational stakeholders to integrate insights into people and culture initiatives, facilitating workshops and action planning sessions to drive improvements.
About you
Must have
- Extensive experience in employee engagement / listening and culture insights, with a strong background in managing enterprise-level employee survey programs.
- Demonstrated strong skills in working with quantitative and qualitative people data data to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Proficient in designing and managing culture dashboards and reporting requirements, with excellent communication skills to influence senior stakeholders through evidence-based insights.
- Skilled in developing presentations, visualizations, and translating data into compelling narratives, while maintaining high discretion and ethical handling of sensitive data.
- Capable of identifying, analyzing, and assessing business risks, implementing controls for sustainability
Nice to have:
- Experience in preparing insights and reports for Executive Committees and Boards in financial services organizations.
- Holds tertiary qualifications in HR, Psychology, Business, Organizational Development, or related fields
- A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
