Junior Project Manager - Intern F/M

What you do

Reporting to the Head of Global Roadside Assistance and Mobility Office, as Junior Project Manager, you will be responsible for supporting key Roadside Assistance and Mobility transformation projects. Key responsibilities include:

• Project Management: Assist in managing Roadside Assistance Operations projects throughout the world, collaborate with cross-functional and operational teams to ensure project milestones are met and objectives are achieved.
• Performance Analysis: Conduct performance analysis, such as planning dialogues and cost analysis, to identify areas for improvement and optimize operational efficiency.
• Communication Management: Support the development and execution of communication strategies related to Roadside Assistance projects. Ensure clear and effective communication across all stakeholders.
• Presentation Preparation: Prepare internal presentations to communicate project progress, performance insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.

What you bring

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly (English is mandatory).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to work collaboratively in an international team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
