About the Job

As a Working Student Strategy & Transformation, you will collaborate directly with the Head of Strategy & Transformation in designing, structuring and driving high-impact strategic initiatives. You will work at the center of cross-functional projects, turning strategy into execution and gaining direct exposure to leadership decision-making. This role offers ownership, a steep learning curve and the opportunity to drive visible change.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Head of Strategy & Transformation to plan, execute and deliver high-priority strategic and transformational initiatives from concept to rollout.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to enhance processes, operating models and structures to unlock efficiency, scalability and long-term value creation.
• Support the management of strategic initiatives by maintaining project timelines, coordinating across teams, tracking KPIs and milestones, and helping ensure initiatives move from plan to outcome with measurable impact.
• Create clear, compelling slide decks and materials to support leadership decision-making, translating complex topics into concise narratives and actionable recommendations.
• Contribute to high-level financial analyses and business cases to support prioritization and strategic decision-making.

Bring to the Team

• PowerPoint & presentation design: Craft executive-ready decks with clear, compelling storylines.
• Excel & data structuring: Support high-level analyses, KPI tracking, and business case modeling.
• Analytical & structured thinking: Break down complex topics, synthesize insights, and support decision-making.
• Financial awareness: Understand key business metrics, P&L implications, and investment trade-offs.
• Project structuring: Roadmap creation, workstream organization, and initiative trackingf you don’t check all the boxes, we are happy to receive your CV.
