Senior Analyst ESG & CSR Officer (m/f/d) - Allianz - MAURITIUS

Job description

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Data Management

Compile and manage all departmental reports, including those related to equipment, maintenance, consumables, cleaning, transport, and ESG data.
Develop, track, and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) for Facilities & Logistics.
Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to the Head of Department and relevant stakeholders.
Maintain and continuously improve departmental dashboards and reporting tools.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure transparency and compliance.

ESG Management

Oversee data collection, documentation, and reporting on environmental, social, and governance metrics.
Develop and implement ESG strategies and policies for the department in line with organizational objectives.
Monitor ESG performance and support initiatives to enhance sustainability outcomes.
Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations, and support regulatory submissions as required.

CSR Coordination

Plan, execute, and monitor CSR initiatives aligned with company values and community impact goals.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to organize CSR programs and events.
Track and report on CSR activities, budgets, and social impact outcomes.
Promote employee engagement and participation in CSR initiatives.
Ensure CSR activities align with ESG and sustainability strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Reporting Officer, ESG/CSR Data Analyst, or in a similar role.
Strong analytical, reporting, and data visualization skills.
Knowledge of ESG frameworks, sustainability reporting standards, and CSR best practices.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines effectively.

Preferred Attributes

Certification or training in Sustainability, ESG Reporting, or Corporate Social Responsibility.
Experience with sustainability software, data collection tools, or business intelligence dashboards.
Passion for environmental stewardship and community development.
