Job role

The Protection & Resilience Project Manager (with a focus on the new Allianz Crisis Management tool) is acting as a single point of contact for the worldwide Allianz Entities regarding the system and its functionalities assisting with the administration of the tool.

There are 6 domains under the governance of the Protection & Resilience program:

  • Incident Coordination (IC)
  • Crisis Management (CM)
  • Business Continuity Management (BCM)
  • Protective Security Management (PSM)
  • Emergency Response Management (ERM) 

 

What you will do

  • Offer a unique mix of consultancy & operational services for the Allianz Crisis Management tool offered to internal clients globally
  • Track the system’s roadmap and support the rollout and communication of new functionalities
  • Drive projects independently to improve the capabilities of the Allianz Crisis Management tool
  • Collaborate in the creation of training material and assist with training sessions for the Allianz Crisis Management tool stakeholders
  • Perform data analyses and report creation
  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal clients regarding the Allianz Crisis Management tool and its functionalities
  • Provide first-line support, liaising with affected users, internal IT, and vendor support
  • Maintain and improve core data and settings to ensure the tool reflects the needed lifecycle

 

What you bring

  • University degree
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Project Management / Protection & Resilience domains ideally in the financial / insurance industry
  • Experience in conducting relevant workshops and training
  • We highly welcome candidates with a genuine interest and affinity for Information Technology (IT) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), as these attributes are considered valuable assets to our team

• Fluency in business English is essential
