Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategic projects and initiatives that support divisional sales aspirations, business growth, customer experience, agency productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Evaluate project feasibility through strong analytical assessment, including business impact, resources, risks, and execution readiness; recommend data-driven action plans and strategies.
- Manage and influence stakeholders across multiple functions and divisions, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and successful project delivery.
- Formulate and execute strategies to develop, activate, and retain agents, focusing on productivity and sustainability.
- Drive agency transformation initiatives, strengthening supervision standards and building a disciplined, high-performing, and professional agency force aligned with Allianz standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve national agency productivity targets.
- Lead organic and inorganic recruitment strategies to meet business growth and expansion objectives.
- Champion cultural transformation to adapt to changes in the recruiting and agency landscape.
- Ensure effective and consistent communication with internal teams and the agency force, providing regular updates on business and project progress.
- Plan and manage resources efficiently to support business and development needs.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory, legislative, and internal compliance requirements, upholding the Company’s brand values and customer service standards.
Key Requirements
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to work across functions and levels.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, especially in assessing project feasibility and business viability.
- Proven experience in project management, strategy execution, or business transformation.
- Solid understanding of agency management, sales strategy, or distribution (insurance/financial services experience is an advantage).
- Ability to translate strategic objectives into structured plans and measurable outcomes.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and execution skills.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and thrives in a performance-oriented environment.
- Familiar with the use of AI tools such as ChatGPT for tasks simplication
