We are looking for a Multinational Program Coordinator, based in our Stockholm office, who will handle a full range of corporate insurance programs, with a particular focus on our Property Line of Business.
Your Team
You will be a part of the Allianz Commercial Benelux-Nordics Multinational operations team which captures and processes policy information, from submissions through to billings and collections. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service and operational effectiveness for our corporate clients. You will join the Stockholm office as part of our Nordic team based in Sweden, Denmark and Finland.
The Impact You Will Have
As a Multinational Program Coordinator, you will take on a range of global programs and are a key contributor to ensure our multinational service delivery is best in class.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about Multinational insurance programs, driving and developing a customer centric culture at Allianz, and willing to challenge the status quo.
Working in close collaboration with our Nordics Underwriting teams, your responsibilities include reviewing and interpreting broker presentations, slips, and underwriting files and accounts. You will work across all lines of business but have a particular focus on Property.
Some of your specific responsibilities could include:

Working closely with the underwriting teams regarding program structure, implementing multinational programs by giving or receiving instructions with Allianz Commercial offices around the world, addressing questions and resolving any issues regarding cover and wording.

Ensuring all local policies are issued in a timely fashion and that client expectations are met.

Accurately and efficiently populating our IT systems .
·
Working directly with brokers and clients to ensure smooth commercial relationships.

Managing your own workflow to ensure key performance indicators and service standards are met.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
We’d like to find someone with around 3 years’ experience in the local Nordics market handling the administration of corporate insurance programs, ideally with a specialization in Property. You are looking for a fresh challenge in an international context and bring:

Excellent verbal / written communication and interpersonal skills
·
A good understanding of corporate insurance products, wordings, terms and conditions and coverages
·
You build effective commercial relationships with brokers and clients and resolve issues with diplomacy
·
You work well in a team and have a proactive attitude to change
·
Great time management skills, the ability to adapt to changing priorities and the ability to remain calm under pressure
·
Data-driven and innovation-minded, you are at ease with Microsoft Office and are keen to implement digital ways of working
·
You are used to working in fluent English. Fluency in Swedish or another Nordic language is also preferred
