The Manager Protection & Resilience, is responsible for the implementation of the OE’s Resilience process in compliance to the Group Standard. The Manager of Protection & Resilience creates plans to keep a company functioning after disruptive events such as natural disasters, terrorism, crime and computer and human error. They do a detailed, company wide business impact analysis and risk assessment that includes IT systems, building facilities, personnel and supply chain.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

·  To adapt the Group Standard on OE level via a binding document e.g. OE Resilience Standard
·  To implement and control the setup of the OE Resilience process in compliance with the Standard
·  To monitor incidents with crisis potential and crises and report them to the Group level
·  To strengthen contacts to other Allianz OEs in the region with regard to e.g. recovery location, joint testing and awareness
·  To define further specialist organizations e.g. OE Task Force
·  To collect the resource requirements in cooperation with the IT Service Continuity Management (IT-SCM) for information and telecommunication technology. The information should be collected through structured interviews, supported by the process owner of the critical business process, and the results must be documented
·  To conduct the Risks and Business Impact Analysis.
·  To update the BCP/Crisis/Incident/DR plan at least annually or when there are any significant changes to both internal and external environments.
·  To ensure the BCP/Crisis/Incident/DR plan is adequately tested, reviewed and updated regularly, to reflect changes in the operational environment and business activities.
·  To coordinate the business continuity efforts during a business interruption.
·  Coordinating the assessment of the impact, monitoring, recovery and resumption of all critical business functions.
 

Requirements:

 

·  Bachelor / Master Degree in Business Administration/ Economics/Legal/Management/IT or similar
·  Proven experience in BCM area (min. 2 years)
·  Fluency in English as working language
·  Accuracy & excellent analytical skills
·  Excellent communication skills & client focus
·  Computer literacy in MS Office (good knowledge of Excel/MS Access)
·  Ability to work under pressure
·  OE Resilience Officers should have at least a certification in BCM and/or crisis management from an authorized, external training company.
