The primary purpose of this role is to lead and assure all business readiness activities, including change, learning and communications, to deliver customized people solutions for the Allianz Australia Transformation Program. This role supports the coordinated and consistent application of Allianz’s frameworks and methodologies, while ensuring alignment between vertical delivery functions and business divisions to drive embedment.

You'll be responsible for
·  Setting the direction for and overseeing analysis (stakeholder analysis, change impact and gap analysis, training needs analysis) to ensure change delivery is strategically coordinated and planned.
·  Leading a multidisciplinary team of change, learning and communications specialists. Developing the People Experience Plan based on the completed analysis.
·  Identifying intra-divisional and enterprise synergies to facilitate packaging of change to improve employee experience and help leaders proactively manage their business and mitigate risks associated with change.
·  Addressing any potential people related risks and anticipated points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns.
·  Supporting the development of a set of actionable and targeted plans e.g., change leadership plan, communication plan, education, and training plan.
·  Leading and supporting the creation of measurement mechanisms to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of individual releases.
·  Ensuring that readiness assessments are conducted to prepare employees for the transition to new ways of working.

 

About you
·  Demonstrated experience at a senior level in business readiness, with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive success.
·  Experience managing enterprise scale and complex change programs and projects.
·  Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels with expertise in delivering change, training and learning management is desired.
·  Ability to interpret and analyse complex information, extract meaningful insights, and evaluate options for decision- making.
·  Ability to plan and prioritize effectively, organize tasks, and manage competing resources and demands.
·  Strong personal integrity and commitment to maintain confidentiality.
·  Ability to transition seamlessly between strategy and execution as required.
