Who will you be joining? 

 

 

We are responsible for guiding international HR strategies in the area of Talent Management and using data to drive strategical decisions and actions. A lively team with colleagues from different countries and cultures, working together to develop, coordinate, and implement exciting global programs and initiatives that help make Allianz an employer of choice.

 

 

How can you make an impact? 

 

Your main tasks in the global talent management team will include:

·  Analyze and review data and conduct research on a variety of topics
·  Participate in team meetings and assist in brainstorming and idea planning
·  Support with preparation of organizational material
·  Create, adapt and update presentations on talent information

 

What are you made of?  

 

Minimum Qualifications 

 

 

·  Enrolled as a student for the entire duration of the working student position
·  Eager to work in multidisciplinary and international team
·  Demonstrated experience in working independently and a proactive mindset
·  With excellent written and verbal communication
·  Candidates with previous experience in research or data management are prefered 
·  Requirement for internship and working student positions is the enrollment in a university – or (for an internship) a gap year

Valid Work and residence permit (for non-EU citizens). Please check before applying if you can work with your current VISA

·  Previous experience in business related functions (e.g. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital/ Tech etc.) is a plus

 

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

·  Strong analytical and quantitative data analysis skills
·  Proficient in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) with a general understanding of data analysis techniques
·  Fluent in written and verbal English
·  Interest in talent management/HR topics
