Local Talent & Culture Intern

Job description

As a Local Talent & Culture Intern, you will embark on a comprehensive training program designed to provide you with hands-on experience in various facets of human resources, with a strong emphasis on talent management and cultural development within the organization. You will assist in the execution of HR strategies, contribute to the creation of a positive workplace culture, and help attract, retain, and develop local talent.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Engagement & Culture:

·  Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
·  Assist in organizing cultural events, employee recognition programs, and team-building activities.
·  Collect and analyze employee feedback to help foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Learning & Development:

·  Assist in the coordination of training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs.
·  Support the creation and distribution of learning materials and resources.
·  Monitor and track employee progress in various development programs.

Diversity & Inclusion:

·  Participate in initiatives aimed at promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
·  Help in creating and disseminating educational materials on diversity and cultural awareness.

HR Administration:

·  Provide administrative support for various HR functions
·  Support the Talent & Culture Specialist with special projects and tasks as needed.
