Client Support Administrator

Job description

We’re looking for a Client Support Administrator to join the team here at Allianz Engineering, based in Guildford. This role sits within our Client Support Team, responsible for providing customer support to a wide range of Allianz Engineering Inspection clients. 

As part of this role you’ll be communicating with our inspection clients on a daily basis, answering any queries with regards to their plant inspections whilst liaising with our mobile engineers to arrange for them to be completed and also assisting our clients in accessing and navigating our client portal. 

Alongside this you’ll be working closely with a variety of internal stakeholders at all levels, answering queries and providing administrative support where needed. 

 

Main duties include: 

·  Communicate directly both via email and phone with Allianz inspection clients, providing customer service support (e.g. answering queries about booked inspections / organising future inspections of plant/navigating our online portal).  
·  Liaise directly with mobile Allianz Engineers to arrange inspections of plant & equipment on behalf of clients.  
·  Provide support to internal stakeholders at all levels across Allianz Engineering Inspection Services 
·  Responding to phone calls and email regarding any queries they may have along with providing administrative support.  
·  Reconcile data between client and Allianz schedules, making amendments as appropriate.  
·  Gather management information in respect of key clients, providing this to internal stakeholders. 

  

About You  

• Educated to GCSE level or equivalent, including Maths and English 

  

 Essential Skills  

• Experience working within a customer service / customer facing role is essential  
• Strong IT skills with experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word etc.) 
• Strong communication skills both over the phone and via email  
• Administration experience within an office environment is essential
