Key responsibilities:

 

As onsite technician of Allianz Direct you’ll be the in house expert on any workplace related queries. You’ll work closely with the global teams using our OneWorkplace, currently Netherlands and Spain, on maintenance and improvements for our users.
This includes helping our users if they face any issues with their devices or escalating ticket, if necessary, to SME groups withing Allianz Technology.
 
You’ll also help us extend our OneWorkplace according to the needs of our organization, onboard new colleagues and handle IAM requests to non-critical systems.

 

Qualifications/Key skills:

 

·  IT Education and/or relevant experience in IT environment
·  Service orientated way of working
·  Benefit for experience in VIP support
·  Knowledge of onsite support of IT infrastructure
·  Benefit for experience with Allianz Group IT workplace
·  Benefit for experience with Allianz Group AMC Laptops
·  Benefit for experience in Allianz Group Incident & Service management
·  Knowledge in Microsoft 365 services & applications
·  Benefit for knowledge of ServiceNow, GIAM (OneIdentity), Jira or Confluence
·  Team player
·  Flexibility
·  Very good language skill, writing & speaking, in:

          - German

           - English
