The Marketing Sourcing Specialist role at Allianz Services is a position within the Global Strategic Marketing and Distribution (GSMD) team. This role will support marketing sourcing-related activities and initiatives, manage the e-auctions process, guide the utilization of agency and freelancer pools, and assist Allianz 0perational Entities in booking workbench services for marketing initiatives.
What you will do
· Preparing and launching e-auctions for marketing and brand projects:
· Managing the e-auction process (setting up the auctions in Ariba, answering questions of participating suppliers, documenting results)
· Setting up standardized project agreements with the selected supplier
· Ensuring that the projects meet the sourcing needs of the organization
· Providing overview and guidance about "tickets" and agency/freelancer pool:
· Managing the tickets and effectively utilizing the agency and freelancer pool to fulfill marketing sourcing needs
· Ensuring the organization has access to a diverse and efficient talent pool.
· Guiding OEs (Operating Entity) for booking "workbench services", e.g., Data & Analytics, SEO:
· Assist operational entities in booking workbench services
· Guiding the selection of services such as Data & Analytics and SEO
· Ensuring the services effectively meet the requirements of the projects.
What you bring
· Bachelor's degree in project management, marketing, communications, business, or a related field
· Knowledge of MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and Office 365
· Basic understanding of agency and freelancer pool management
· Basic knowledge of workbench services such as Data & Analytics and SEO
· Familiarity with e-auction platforms and processes

· Excellent communication, and presentation skills
· Project management skills
· Ability to get familiar with new technical platforms
· Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
