Job description

What you do

Reporting to Head of Global Implementations, Travel, you will be responsible for collaborating with internal functions and external prospects/partners to design a robust business and technical solution that meets our  prospect’s/partner’s requirements within the confines of internal architectures, products and processes. You will document these solutions during the sales lifecycle in a way that allows for the implementation team to execute the project according to your blue prints. Working with the sales team you will help manage expectations of the prospects and to help enforce standard solutions when possible. You will also be a key resource in assisting the implementation after the deal has been won.

Key responsibilities:

·  Have a clear understanding of internal products, operations, technical and business capabilities which you will leverage while working with internal stakeholders to arriving at a solution design. Once the solution is understood, document it in a way that allows you to coordinate the approval and to act as „blue prints“ for the eventual implementation.
·  Serve as a primary contact and advocate for our prospects or partners while managing the their expectations around standard solutions and the implementation project to come.
·  Continually evaluate the solutioning process and push improvement initiative to improve the process creating a best practice globally.
·  Evaluate a solution’s complexity, scalability and business impact to support prioritization and alignment with strategic plans.

 
What you bring

·  8+ years experience in the Travel industry (travel insurance would be a plus) – experience within AZ group is an additional plus
·  3+ years in a Project Management role
·  Excellent communicator and project manager (experience with different kinds of project management – waterfall, agile – is highly desired)
·  Capable to work MS Project and Microsoft Office
·  Result oriented and high performer
·  Able to lead without authority
·  Facilitates process improvement
·  Acts with transparency
·  Team player
·  Capacity to resist to work pressure and tight deadlines
·  Business fluent level of English necessary, additional language would be a plus
