Portfolio Manager

Job description

As Portfolio Manager you will be part of the CSI team in AZ Tech that is responsible for all the IT services and portfolio that sell insurance or have sales interaction on the German market. The team is based in Barcelona, Unterföhring and Stuttgart.

You will work close with other AZ Tech functions (especially Finance) as well as the business (Allianz Germany OEs ).

 

You Will

·  Support the financial Portfolio steering of CSI (Customer and Sales IT) that is devided into 17 Business Services with a Volume of 30 M€ including services like Meine Allianz (German Customer Portal) or NOVA/SDW as well as all quote and buy journeys in Germany
·  Monitors actuals vs. plan, analyses deviations and their drivers, recommends measures to ensure plan achievement and tracks ongoing progress of e.g. major project initiatives
·  Supports and challenges (Commercial) Service Management based on financial analysis

 

Your Skills

·  Possessing controlling, economic and business knowledge
·  Experienced in the application of systems that are relevant for Controlling, e.g. SAP FI-CO/BW
·  Possessing understanding of (IT) service management and (IT) service organizations
·  Applying analytical thinking, methodological and conceptual techniques
·  Knowledge of relevant products and services, as well as internal standards, processes, rules and procedures
·  Fluent in English - German Speaking is a plus
