Job description
As Project Management Officer you will be part of the CSI team in AZ Tech that is responsible for all the IT services and portfolio that sell insurance or have sales interaction on the German market. The team is based in Barcelona, Unterföhring and Stuttgart.
You will work close with other AZ Tech functions (especially Chapter Leads) as well as the business (Allianz Germany OEs).
You Will
· Manage projects with different levels of complexity on the basis of existing methods, processes and tools
· Advise customers / stakeholders and actively clarifies their expectations and requirements
· Manage and coordinate stakeholders and build a project communication structure
· Plan, monitor, control and report project progress to project management governance and escalate issues if necessary
· Ensure on time, on budget and high quality project deliverables and high customer / stakeholder satisfaction
Your Skills
· Possessing project management skills and engaging in customer relationship management
· Possessing understanding of (IT) service management and (IT) service organizations
· Applying analytical thinking, methodological and conceptual as well as moderation and presentation techniques
· Possessing project management and process management knowledge and experience
· Knowledge of relevant products and services, as well as internal standards, processes, rules and procedures
· Fluent in English - German Speaking is a plus
