We have a fantastic opportunity working in the Brand and Performance Marketing Team for a Marketing Executive to join our family of talented people.

 

The Marketing Executive role is to help maximise brand awareness and consideration by delivering consumer facing campaigns and social media content.

 

You will be reporting to the Advertising Manager and assisting with marketing campaigns, brand sponsorship and creating social media content to help strengthen positioning and deliver sales primarily for the Petplan brand of our dog, cat, rabbit and horse insurance products.

 

Your focus:

· 
Planning and executing campaigns, working with internal stakeholders and agencies and ensuring activity is delivered on time and within budget.

· 
Social media content creation (static and video) to keep Petplan and Petplan Equine front of mind and support our brand campaigns. 

· 
Monitoring Petplan social channels and responding to comments in a timely manner

· 
Assist in the delivery of events and sponsorship activity to help drive brand awareness and engage our target audience. 

· 
Ownership of competitor insight and the delivery of a monthly report.

· 
Copy writing and reviewing content for a range of different communications such as articles, customer communications and digital advertising.

· 
Support the production of advertising, imagery and content inline with business objectives. 

· 
Assist in the monitoring of marketing performance and campaign reporting and analysis as required. 

About You

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about brands and social media, keeping up-to-date with what is happening in the field of marketing and championing the importance of brand.

 

Essential Skills

· 
Social content creation experience

· 
Video editing skills

· 
Experience using Canva and Photoshop ideal but not essential

· 
Attention to detail

· 
Copywriting skills and exceptional proof reading

· 
Experience working with external agencies

· 
Equine knowledge

· 
Autonomy and accountability in managing projects

· 
Experience working cross-functionally and liaising with a range of internal stakeholders

· 
Good written and verbal communication skills

· 
Good numerical skills, with ability to understand and interpret data.

· 
Confident using all Microsoft Office programs

 

Desirable Skills

You will have a passion for pets, and experience or knowledge of the Animal Health industry with a love of pets/horses.

Our Ways of Working

The role will be based at Allianz Ditton Park, Riding Court Road, Datchet SL3 9LL.Our office with flex model means that you will have the opportunity to work from home as well as the office.

 

As a hybrid worker you will be in the office between 2 and 16 days per month depending on individual and business need. This will be discussed at interview stage
