JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an undergraduate who requires to undergo internship to assist for Policy Management functions and to perform administrative works, financial & non-financial change requests as and when requires.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

·  To perform assessment for financial and update for non -financial changes/amend policyholder’s request
·  To perform refund for Policy Benefits/ Policy Servicing
·  To update document receive by create service in system
·  To perform administration work to deliver letters to agent and policyholder
·  To perform of quality work - meet company target and service standard

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

 

·  Pursuing or posesses Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any fields of study
·  Internship period is at least 3 - 4 months and above
·  Prefer intern can start in September / October
