Key responsibilities
The department Organizational Management is in charge of driving global IT projects across all lines of business (LoB) of Allianz Partners. They act as the main interface between LoB globally and the IT provider, dedicated to provide IT standard services.
The team is responsible for supporting the LoB in rolling-out approved and prioritized IT related investments and fostering harmonization of processes, through the implementation of the group target platforms. In this perspective, the team needs to ensure a certain balance between simplifications / standardization of tools and processes and specific business needs in order to contribute to answer current corporate challenges: IT cost efficiency, innovation, optimization of time to market, etc.
As Project Manager you are in charge of the following responsibilities:
· 1) Project Management while collaborating with internal and external clients:
• Structure, define Project Governance and manage/coordinate project tasks, risks and issues with all Stakeholder within Allianz or with external consultants, vendors and/or clients.
• Define with all Stakeholder the Project Planning, Roles & Responsibilities and setup the appropriate Governance and insure the steering of the overall Project
• Manage and document all risks, issues and decisions related to projects. `
• Report and escalate to management as needed
· 2) Support solution roll-out:
• Support, if needed, to identify the appropriate business stakeholders to involve in the solution design
• Assist global and local teams in ramp-up planning, ensuring project plans are updated to reflect tasks to be performed
• Support deployment ensuring the right level of communication and smooth transition to Run mode
· 3) Contribute to O&M organization, structure and strategy:
• Manage cross-divisional relationships across reporting lines : LoBs, Global Functions managers, other departments
• Create and maintain a sense of trust and respect in all interactions with Project stakeholders
• Facilitate and document lessons learned and suggest improvements throughout the organization
• Participate to the life of the team: department initiatives (AES follow-up, etc.), new joiners onboarding, etc.
What you bring
· 2-3 year-experience on project management and process optimization.
· Work experience in Agile environment (Jira Knowledge is a plus).
· PMP Certification is a plus.
· Fluent in English (a second additional language is more than welcome).
· Strong interpersonal skills, able to foster relationships with peers and other functions and to influence / on-board stakeholders to reach common agreements.
· Ability to drive meetings and animate workshops with multiple stakeholders in the expected direction.
· Proficient use of MS Office (MS Project is a plus).
· Values diversity & comfortable in complex multicultural environments.
· Willingness to travel abroad for short period on request.
