Allianz Services offers comprehensive insurance operations and E2E business services to Allianz Group.
At Global Mobility Services we provide end-to-end travel, fleet and meeting management products and service solutions to the Allianz Group globally. 

What you do:

·  Maintaining and updating Intranet Space for Travel & Fleet Portal
·  Collecting and validating production data from business travel providers, create reports
·  Checking and validating credit card invoice statements
·  Supporting buyers with procurement activities in sourcing tool (onboarding suppliers, conducting vendor integrity screening, creating sourcing event, managing contract workspace, etc.)
·  Day-to-day general support for buyers

What you bring:

·  Excellent knowledge Microsoft Office suite (especially Teams, Excel, Powerpoint)
·  Ability to learn quickly and work independently
·  Affinity to internet and tools
·  Languages: English fluent, German is a plus
·  You are interested in an internship for 4 to  6 months in full-time (38h/week) or - in a working student position - part time (16-20 h/week)

·  Requirement for internship and working student positions is the enrollment in a university – or (for an internship) a gap year.
