Job role
The HR Metrics Quality Expert is responsible for providing project support for the Global People Analytics Team in Group People & Culture. In this role you will be supporting senior management in HR, Group People & Culture to report based on the new CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) Requirements adequately assured and in time externally on people data. You will work with HR colleagues worldwide to scope reporting needs, shape an efficient reporting process. You will be part of an international team and should be comfortable with self-directed organization in a fast-paced environment.
What you will do
· Description of business requirements for data gathering process including validation rules and sign off procedures
· Development of training, communication strategy and related material
· Maintenance of Communication Channels (Connect, Teams Page)
· Ensuring the build up of a separated Data Cube in SAP BW as upload repository
· Clarifying IT security and DPO requirements (including PIA) for pseudo anonymized data gathering
· Driving dry run with OEs in order to achieve high quality standards
· Validating of data in time ensuring high data and e-data
· Managing Access Rights based on process to the SAP BW (Business Warehouse) tool
What you bring
· Degree in relevant field of study (e.g. MBA, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics/
· Statistics, Computer Science).
· Experience in the field of management consulting, planning and controlling, or HR Reporting and with reward and performance in HR
· Good knowledge of reporting processes and audit requirements.
· Good knowledge of data privacy requirements according to GDPR.
· Domain knowledge in Finance or HR function and SAP SuccessFactors / BW.
· Strong communication skills in English, German or other language skills are a plus.
· High proficiency in MS Office software (especially PowerBI, (Power)-Excel and PowerPoint)
· High interest in working with data, especially data cleansing and quality assurance.
You have
· Proficiency in standard reporting tools (e.g. Excel, VBA, PowerBI, PowerQuery, SAP/ SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics / BW)
· Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders and interfaces.
· Good analytical mindset and enthusiasm about developing and implementing new ideas, but also having a realistic and practical outlook
· Well organized, proactive team-player, customer oriented and communicative
· Considering diversity in a team as an asset
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
· Fluent in English (German would be considered an advantage)
