We are looking for an intern (f/m/d) in Munich.

 

What you will do

 

·  Conduct research and provide insights on emerging trends in Generative AI 
·  Actively support managing GenAI use cases, contribute to testing first prototypes, and assist with the development of new use cases across various departments
·  Support smaller change initiatives and improve processes through automation
·  Create and maintain structured documentation for projects, processes, and learnings within the program
·  Assist in preparing internal and external communications, such as newsletters, announcements, and updates, for the GenAI program
·  Develop presentations, reports, and other documents

What you bring

 

·  Currently enrolled as a Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial or Software Engineering, Innovation and Transformation Management, Change Management, or similar fields  
·  Interest or experience in Artificial Intelligence, particularly Generative AI, would be beneficial, along with a strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
·  Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in drafting accurate and clear documents or presentations  
·  Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams); experience with automating tasks and using new software is a plus  
·  Problem-solving and creativity: Demonstrated ability to think critically and propose creative solutions in use case development, process improvements, and prototyping  
·  A proactive, self-reliant working style with excellent organizational and collaborative skills, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
·  Fluency in English is required; additional language skills, especially German, would be a plus
