Allianz is responsible to protect their business and reputation, as well as their customers, employees, and partners. As managing information risk becomes an increasingly important business concern, Allianz Services is building a new off-shore team to provide operational support to Allianz Operating Entities’ Information Security and Information Risk Management teams to enable them to fulfil Allianz Group Information Security Framework requirements and Allianz Integrated Information Risk Management approach.

 

CAT Tools and Analytics for Insurance & Reinsurance are services used by Allianz OEs for portfolio steering, accumulation control and technical pricing for commercial business

 

Allianz Services is looking for highly motivated professionals to join Technology and Risk Services  team. Curious to learn more about it? We are looking to reinforce our team as soon as possible.

 

What you will do

·  Ensure the proper IT risk management for the CTA services IT risks and support the consuming OEs to manage the CTA IT risks on their side
·  Regularly re-assess the information risks and perform risk reporting
·  Support the business owners with cloud risk assessments and 3rd party risk assessments for the CTA services
·  Review Fit Gap evidences (review control evidences and control effectiveness) for the CTA services
·  Develop mitigation plans and monitor their completion (provide support to AZ Technology regarding OE ISO requirements, compensating controls etc.)
·  Support the business owners with IAM requirements for the CTA services
·  Review toxicity and vulnerabilities (including forward looking) for all CTA services and drive measures to ensure all CTA services are toxic-free
·  Review the IT controls assurance for the CTA services and support the OEs with their IT controls assurance regarding CTA services
·  Support the consuming OEs with their IT compliance processes, regulatory requirements and audits

 

What you bring

·  Previous experience in IT, Engineering, IT Governance, IT Security or related
·  Good understanding of IT Governance and IT Risk Management Frameworks (e.g., COBIT2019, ISO27001, VAIT)
·  Good knowledge about regulatory requirements of EU and/or Germany, e.g., DORA, GDPR, VAIT
·  Cloud certifications and knowledge in Azure, AWS is an advantage
·  Good knowledge of IT Security
·  Good knowledge of identity and access management regulatory requirements
·  Good collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills
·  Strong analytical skills
·  Good presentation skills

 

You have

·  Previous exposure to information risk management, Information Technology Governance, IT operations (system administration, IT support) or any Information Security work streams such as offensive (ethical hacking, social engineering) and defensive security (digital forensics, security monitoring). Either by previous work experience or studies.
·  Previous exposure to information security management systems and relevant industry standards, in particular the ISO27k suite and COBIT framework would be a plus
·  Excellent communication skills and customer-centric working style
·  Insurance and/or financial services business experience or knowledge would be a plus
·  Ability to work seamlessly within a virtual team setup
