We are looking for an Executive Assistant (m/f/d) – CFO, based in Munich.

The Impact You Will Have 
Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll be essential in helping shape and carry out our financial strategy. Your support will be key to the success of important projects and initiatives at Allianz Commercial. As a crucial link between the CFO and various teams, you’ll ensure smooth communication across different regions and functions. Your role will help drive significant outcomes and support the company’s goals. This is your opportunity to make a real difference and contribute to the success of a major global organization.

Some of your specific responsibilities could include:

·  Actively support the Chief Finance Officer in day-to-day tasks.
·  Coordinate materials for monthly Board meetings, including tracking action items.
·  Coordinate the CFO’s contributions to planning and review processes (e.g., Strategic & Planning Dialogues, Region Reviews).
·  Organize and follow up on meetings and events involving the CFO (e.g., worker’s council meetings, town halls).
·  Plan and manage internal meetings and events such as offsites and team gatherings.
·  Handle daily administrative tasks for the CFO, including audit follow-ups, cost center oversight, and preparation of decision documents.
·  Manage and coordinate strategic projects, initiatives, and workstreams.
·  Collaborate with Communications and the CFO to develop presentations, speeches, and pitches for external/ market events when needed.

 

What You’ll Bring to the Role

·  Proven experience in managing projects and multitasking in a complex environment.
·  Ability to handle multiple work streams with precision and accuracy.
·  Expertise in interpreting complex information and developing actionable solutions.
·  Experience in Finance, Actuarial, Underwriting, or Project Management, with a solid understanding of key financial and business KPIs.
·  Excellent at conveying ideas and messages to diverse stakeholders in an international setting.
·  Skilled in MS PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to create clear and compelling presentations.
·  Effective in prioritizing tasks, coordinating input from various sources, and communicating diplomatically.
·  Excited to contribute to strategy development and execution while supporting a Board member on a global scale.
