Job role

As an Employee Listening Specialist, you will collaborate with Engagement experts to manage the timelines and processes associated with various initiatives and surveys, including the Allianz Engagement Survey (AES), Pulse Surveys, and Great Place To Work (GPTW). This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, stakeholder management, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with different HR functions inside the organization. 

 

 

What you will do

  • Collaborate with experts to oversee and support the engagement projects (like AES, Pulse Surveys, and GPTW), ensuring adherence to strict and complex timelines
  • Take ownership of specific processes related to the surveys, such as translation, hierarchy management, report generation, and exclusion criteria
  • Ensure all processes are executed accurately and efficiently
  • Respond to questions and facilitate exchanges of information within the project
  • Generate and distribute regular reports on project status, progress, and key metrics
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, timelines, and communication
  • Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle

 

What you bring

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
  • Master’s degree preferred

Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience in HR, or related field
  • Experience in managing projects
  • We highly welcome candidates with a genuine interest and affinity for Information Technology (IT) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), as these attributes are considered valuable assets to our team. 

 

You have

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ideally, experience with Success Factors
  • Familiarity with survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey) is a plus

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on mentality and capability to deliver results
  • Good assertiveness, planning, and organizational skills, capable of dealing with multiple stakeholders and priorities
