Job description

We are searching for a Claims Adjuster – Health Insurance (Group & Individual Policies)

Main responsibilities:

• Manage, monitor, and settle health insurance claims for group and individual policies, including determining and approving benefits, hospitalizations, and treatments in line with policy terms.
• Communicate effectively with brokers and insured members to ensure smooth claim processing and resolution.

Main requirements:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in health insurance claims settlement (group or individual policies). Additional experience will be considered an asset.
Strong understanding of health claims settlement practices and procedures.
Fluency in Greek and English (both written and spoken).
Proficient in using technology and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and methodical approach to tasks.
Excellent decision-making skills with the ability to deliver accurate, reliable, and timely results.
Other knowledge: (Generative) Artificial Intelligence or GenAI or AI, Data Analysis, (Microsoft) Copilot, ChatGPT
