What you will do

At Volvo Group Türkiye you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large.

The purpose of this temporary (1.5-year) contract role is to actively engage in and support all core accounting and financial reporting processes within the SAP project, ensuring accurate and compliant financial operations, contributing to system testing and documentation activities, and enabling effective collaboration across finance functions to support successful project delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

·  Support the preparation of monthly financial statements in compliance with Group policies and standards.
·  Coordinate the monthly internal reconciliation process.
·  Participate in inventory accounting activities and help define and implement effective controls to ensure accurate cost program functionality.
·  Prepare and distribute monthly financial and operational reports to relevant stakeholders and departments.
·  Record and post invoice entries in the system, providing support for accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
·  Assist with bank accounting processes and the reconciliation of bank records.
·  Provide support for SAP project-related activities, including testing, documentation, and data cleansing efforts.
·  Supporting the team during the month-end closing processes.
·  Ensure adherence to Volvo Group Policies, Directives, and Instructions in all related accounting and reporting activities.

Who are you?

·  Graduation degree from Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
·  3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role and/or industry
·  Strong collaboration skills with experience working alongside business analysts and cross-functional teams
·  Proactive attitude with a keen interest in process monitoring and improvement
·  Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
·  Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications; experience with SAP is a plus
·  Proficiency in MS Excel with demonstrated experience
·  Professional English communication skills (spoken and written)
