Position Description
As the controller, you have the overall responsibility to support the business for our entire Services network. You work closely with the organization and be able to monitor, explain, and analyze the financial results.
Role Description
• Manage monthly financial closing & reporting process, including reviewing and analyzing reported figures, control reports and investigating and resolving issues.
• Ensure timeliness and quality of reporting per branch.
• Developing and follow exiting KPI.
• Investigating significant variances from prior period actual results.
• Implementing corrective activities as needed.
• Assist in development and implementation of new analysis tools.
• Support the business with your financial acumen.
• Promote and enhance the sharing of best practices with the entire network.
• Hands on in the day-to-day business.
• Develop the annual budget and various estimates for Services
• Collaborates with region controller.
Education & Required Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business, or other related field.
• Relevant experience and training combination.
• CPA and/or other professional certification in finance an asset.
• English speaking & writing fluency.
• French speaking & writing is an asset.
• Strong Excel & Powerpoint skills
• Experience with software packages such as SAP, Hyperion, Essbase desirable.
• Power BI is a plus.
• Innovative problem solving and strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
• Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work effectively on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player, passionate, curious, customer oriented, change driven, problem solver, owner mentality.
• Other duties as assigned.

For this position, the base pay is set at $96,000.00 - $118,500.00 annually, and where applicable, bonus eligible. The range for this role, as well as final salary offered, is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, work-related knowledge, certifications, skills, education, and experience. In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
