Eligibility Criteria

·  Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
·  Year of Graduation: 2023, 2024, or 2025
·  Program: National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) .

 

Key Skills & Knowledge Areas:

·  Strong fundamentals in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering concepts, good grasp of fluid behaviour/Aerodynamics basics.
·  Knowledge of CAE tools such as Ansys, STAR CCM+ or Power Flow (added advantage)
·  Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
·  Good analytical and problem-solving skills
·  Effective communication and teamwork abilities

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

·  Support design and development activities within the assigned engineering team
·  Assist in preparing and updating CAD models, drawings, and documentation
·  Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product and process improvement initiatives
·  Learn and apply Volvo’s engineering standards and procedures
·  Participate in technical reviews, data analysis, and report preparation
·  Support ongoing engineering and manufacturing operations as part of the learning process
