What you will do

At Volvo Group, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless flow of goods and materials that power our operations and support our customers. You will coordinate with a diverse network of logistics partners, manage end-to-end freight movements across sea, air, and land, and ensure compliance with customs and regulatory requirements. Your work will involve close collaboration with both internal and external customers, leveraging digital tools and transport management systems to optimize delivery performance. You will proactively identify and mitigate risks, maintain clear communication throughout the logistics journey, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that drive efficiency and quality. Your efforts will directly support the timely and safe delivery of commodities, helping us meet our commitments and exceed customer expectations.

Essential requirements:

·  A university or college degree, with a focus on logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
·  Proficiency in English and strong communication skills.
·  Digital competence, with the ability to use Office365 applications and transport management systems.
·  High integrity, strong ethics, and a customer-focused mindset.

 

Nice to have:

·  Experience with performance analysis of logistics service providers.
·  Innovative, self-motivated, and eager to drive continuous improvement.
