What you will do
At Volvo Truck Latvia you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large.
You will secure fulfillment of business plan of Volvo Truck Latvia through successful truck sales.
Who are you?

· A desire to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders;
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills, excellent Latvian language skills, and a good command of English and Russian languages;
· Experience in sales, prefable experience as sales representative in automotive sector;
· Categories B, C, CE driving licence;
· Collaboration skills; focus on client needs;
· Initiative, responsibility, loyalty, self motivation, ability to plan and organize the work independently;
· Good computer skills and capability to learn other work related tools.

Key responsibilities:
· Analyze market situation, approach potential cutomers;
· Establish good cooperation with customer and keep in good relations with them;
· To gather information about customer need on regular basis, initiate new sales possibilities, create and submit proposals to customers;
· Plan and realize truck sales deals:
organize meetings and negotiations with customers;
prepare sales offers;
work out sales contracts, calculations, technical specifications, calculations; invoices;
follow up production and logistics process;
ensure delivery of sold trucks to customers according to sales contracts terms.
· Fill in information in CM, create sales reports;
· Take part in sales department meetings, automotive exhibitions; corporative events related to cooperation with customers and branding of Volvo products;
· Continuous development of technical knowledge about company products and improvement of sales skills.
