Objetivo de la posición:

Participar en los proyectos de mejora del sistema ERP SAP y en el análisis de viabilidad con el Negocio, proporcionando información correcta y oportuna para la toma de decisiones. Realizar documentación de procesos (manuales e instructivos) que interactúan con el sistema SAP.  

Requisitos:

Escolaridad: Recien egresados en  Licenciatura en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Informática.

Idioma:  Inglés: Intermedio-Avanzado.

Software:  Microsoft Office: Intermedio-Avanzado. Análisis de datos. (Tablas dinámicas, preferible programación, elaborar presentaciones power point). Deseable nociones SAP.

Actividades:

·  Generar información documentada, atención y entrenamiento a usuarios finales. 
·  Preparar juntas quincenales con los K-Users, revisando avances de proyectos y KPIs de operaciones críticas en el sistema.
·  Elaboración de KPIs de módulos PP (COGIs) y FI-CO (Reporte Clearing en Bus Master y Master Finance), que ayuden a mejorar el funcionamiento de la herramienta.
·  Brindar soporte directo a dudas y quejas de K-Users/End Users, dando rápida atención para evitar errores en la operación.
·  Preparación y soporte para implementar y mejorar procesos a través de proyectos.
·   Participar con análisis, preparación y apoyo a Super Key User en diferentes proyectos que se gestionan en el departamento, siendo responsable de la obtención de información, mapeo de procesos, análisis y documentación.
·  Realizar encuestas locales y globales para conocer el índice de satisfacción de los usuarios finales en relación con su actividad diaria en el sistema SAP.
