Position : SENIOR CLIENT ADVISOR

 

Develops store business through excellent clienteling and KPIs performance (convertion rate, cross selling, AVT, upselling, strategic zoning)

 

Client

•             Master and is a role model of the Client Journey

•             Is a role mode in creating Customer emotion and desire

•             Engage existing and prospect clients as per weekly plan defined by Store Management

•             Offer and excellent Valentino Couture Service at all times across all categories

•             His/her sales performances and KPIs are above the average of the store

•             Assist Store Manager in developing external relations according to CRM Company requirements.

•             Foster sales in partnership and OTO appointment routine

 

Team

•             Encourage and show the team to sell through unconventional opportunities

•             Mentors other client advisors on Client Journey and KPI improvement and is a key teamplayer

•             Proactively participate in store and department meetings by sharing information, sales objective and KPIs

 

Operations and Visual

•             Ensure the respect of Company procedures regarding sales and after sales processes; assist Team Manager and Store Manager in management of all delicate situations.

•             Promote flow of information regarding qualitative and quantitative features of products thus preventing any potential stock problems.

•             Guarantee all the necessary measures for the safety of valuable products, materials and furnishings in both sales floor and stockroom.

•             Ensure administration and operations procedures are respected.

•             Is up-to-date regarding HQ Visual criteria and verifies guidelines execution in store. Ensure order and cleaning of windows and internal display.

•             Where an Ops HC is not present takes an active part to the execution of operational tasks (including shipping/receiving)

•             Commercial: applies consultative selling skills to secure “close the sales”, “up-sell” and “cross-sell”

•             Branding: enriches the experience and perceived value with brand storytelling; embodies the brand tone of voice, attitude and ethos
