Job description

Main accountabilities:

• As the member of the management team is responsible for managing and driving the implementation of the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programme

• Develops TPM Master-plan from the site manufacturing strategy, providing TPM skill development and coaching for all operators, engineers, supervisors and managers in the sourcing unit. Has a direct impact on improvement of manufacturing performance (e.g. OR, OEE, ManEx Savings).

• Ensures site TPM master plan and actions are aligned with the category manufacturing strategy

• Coordinates the development of the TPM preparation phase plan, tracks progress against the plan and leads issue resolution (gap analysis and adjustments to plan).

• Implements appropriate reviews (monthly, quarterly) to evaluate both pillars and departments progress in their TPM plans.

• Runs the TPM site promotional office. Facilitates the development of individual pillars, sets benchmarks, and tracks completion of pillar goals, including participation in pillar meetings, team meetings and activities.

• Develops Pillar leaders and manages their development.

• Serves as a resource and coach for questions and practices regarding the TPM process

• Ensures that TPM work is impacting both results and the culture change towards the vision as determined by the plant zero loss journey, vision.

Required qualifications and skills:

• Degree in Engineering, College or University

• At least 3 years' experience in manufacturing environment (FMCG, Automotive) with experience in one or more of the following manufacturing excellence programmes: Continuous improvement, TPM, Lean manufacturing, World class manufacturing, Six Sigma

• Must be a team-player and willing to contribute to initiatives within the site

• Skill in completing multiple tasks and projects in parallel

• Willingness to learn with a desire to seek out development opportunities,

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, assertive

• Good communication skills both in Hungarian and English

• Analytical approach to problem solving, has the inner drive to engage, to deliver improvement
