Job description
• Manages the HR System Support mailboxes, ensuring all new tickets are logged in Unilever's Case Management system
• Resolves tickets at first contact where possible, ensuring high quality answers to drive high customer satisfaction rates
• Assigns tickets to appropriate teams for response where required, eg BP Admin, Security Admin
• Works with others in Tier 2 to minimise aging tickets
• Provides weekly stats for open/resolved tickets
• Responds to Chatter questions as needed
• Recommends proactive steps which can be taken to reduce ticket volumes
Feeds in suggested updates to FAQs & other support material to minimise tickets
· Functional HR knowledge base with firm understanding of HR processes
· Experience with Workday or other Human Resources Management Systems, preferably Cloud-based
· Ability to work quickly and accurately, especially under pressure; and within a cross-culture and global environment
· Organised, strong time management skills and ability to prioritise multiple tasks
· Articulate individual with good communication skills
· Team-player who is a proactive self-starter, with the ability to work independently
· Continuous improvement mindset
· Passion for delivering service excellence; and developing a culture of “easy to do business with”, where customer's needs are anticipated
Experience with HR system configuration a plus
