Business Context and Main Challenges of the Job

To supervise activities in the Finished Goods warehouse by developing & implementing the Storage Strategy.µ

Main Accountabilities

· Ensures the integration and collaboration of Distribution into the Optimising Warehouse space.

· Recommends objectives and initiating approprate actions to achieve company corporate objectives.

· Measures and controls inventories to reduce losses and damages.

· Ensures finished products are properly received into storage and documented.

· Ensures compliance with safety and health regulations

· Ensures that physical stock matches with the system records i.e. accuracy

· Ensure storage of goods at optimum costs in a customer service mindset.

· Manages stock by applying all quality requirements (storage, design, HACCP).

· Receives & stores products on time and full within the required conditions (quality, safety, environment & Health codes follow by Unilever).

· Prepare & controls fixed variable costs of the warehouse.

· CFOT continuous reduction of losses (warehouse & transportation, stock availability)

Critical Success Factors of the Job

· A university degree

· Customer Service Orientation

· 3-5 Years in Supply Chain operations

· Exposure to order to Cash, requisition to payment cycle

· Experience in managing 3PLs
