OPERATOR

The Basic Operator is a supporting role in the Suffolk factory. This individual is responsible for supporting operations within the factory. This includes the handling of materials and waste in all areas of the factory and operating non-production equipment such as tea cutters, fork trucks and powered hand jacks. The Basic Operator is a member of the Autonomous Maintenance Pillar and must possess strong teamwork, interpersonal, written and verbal communication and problem solving skills. Starting Hourly Wage – $20.51

WAREHOUSE

The Warehouser must have a current fork truck license or be able to obtain one prior to coming to the Warehouse. Unloads and transports all materials and supplies to and from the receiving dock to the production staging or designated storage areas. Palletize finished cases & transport the palletized units to designated storage areas or onto out-bound trailers. Utilize SAP to make required adjustments to shipments and product traceability. Starting Hourly Wage - $21.34

OPERATIONS TECHNICIAN

The Operations Technician is the core manufacturing role in the Suffolk factory. This individual is responsible for operating and maintaining production assets within the factory. This includes Primary and Secondary Tea Packaging equipment as well as associated Conveyors and Palletizing equipment. Within the “Operating and Maintaining” framework, the Operations Technician is responsible for all changeover, troubleshooting, and defined TPM activities. The Operations Technician is a member of the Autonomous Maintenance Pillar and must possess strong teamwork, interpersonal, written and verbal communication and problem solving skills. Starting Hourly wage - $21.34

The site runs a 24/7 operation. Work schedules are 12 hr. shifts, from 7 am to 7 pm and 7 pm to 7 am. The normal work schedule is alternating 3 and 4 day work weeks at 12 hrs. per day. Full benefits package, plus shift differential for night shift.

All positions require a minimum high school degree or GED and must be verified. Previous manufacturing or mechanical experience desired; technical education preferred. General aptitude assessment, physical assessment, background check and pre-employment drug screen required.
