Purpose of the Role:
The purpose of this position is to lead the performance management agenda with insightful, value-added financial analysis on respective business groups.
Establish finance as an effective and valued business partner to deliver profitable growth of Unilever Korea.
This role will supervise 3 direct reports in Go-To-Market Korea finance team.
Key Accountabilities:

Measure, monitor and analyze financial performance including analysis of variance and movement: Analysis on Category/Brand and Channel/Customer profitability
·
Support on business decisions: Pricing, Promotion activities, Max the Mix, new product launch
·
FP&A: leading financial planning process including annual budget and monthly forecast
·
Lead finance business partnering role to Business Group(BG) team to deliver BG target, providing insights for BG profitability and ROI improvement
·
Manage Brand & Market investment budget
·
Optimise strategic investment for growth through performance management, decision support, developing business models, and putting strategy into action
·
Supervises the offshore shared service team so that the transactions are recorded in an accurate manner and in accordance with SCOA
·
Manage the monthly closing for Management Accounting & Reporting so that all activities required are accomplished correctly and on time according to timetable
·
Support ad hoc projects and initiatives including new business opportunities and process excellence
·
Leading & developing GTM finance team
Key Skills & Experience Required:
KEY SKILLS
·
Qualified accountant or equivalent or studying towards professional accounting qualification
·
Strong analytical skills, reporting and accounting accuracy
·
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
·
Ability to work collaboratively with others on key deliverables
·
Ability to drive process/report simplification and improvements.
·
Excellent understanding on finance process and operations.
·
Good unknowledge of SAP and Finance systems
·
Stakeholder management and communication skills
·
Leadership competences
·
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
ESSENTIAL
·
At least 10 years of experience in FP&A, and over 3years experience in manager role
·
Experience in FMCG FP&A (leading finance planning process and profitability analysis) and FBP to leadership team
·
Experience in investment evaluation, P&L analysis, and budget &KPI management
PREFERRED
·
Quick learner with confidence to lead finance agenda independently
·
Experience in rolling out global projects and initiatives
·
Experience in working with shared service team, and regional/global team
