Terms & Conditions : Full time position. Currently live in Nuevo León or have immediate mobility to be transferred. Have a medium/high level of English.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
The UMS Manager is responsible for managing and driving the implementation of the continuous improvement process at the site, by identification, evaluation and elimination of production losses and waste. This is achieved by building a Master Plan, identifying key projects with functional leaders, developing, and managing skill base within manufacturing team, and delivering appropriate coaching.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications:
· Experience participating in projects of new sites opening or similar (Desirable).
· Appropriate functional / technical expertise – Engineering, MANEX, Quality, Data Science
· Strong continuous improvement background is required, with demonstrated performance validation and ongoing verification requirements (e.g., pest controls, allergen management, hygienic controls, etc.)
What you will do:
· Drive MANEX program deployment, including standards development and horizontal expansion
· Coordinate and coach team on World Class Manufacturing (WCM) methodology and maturity assessments.
· Implement and create strategy with senior leadership to progress on the WCM methodology with all pillars and be champion for Continues Improvement pillar management-WCM. (Lean Techniques).
· Manage process engineers' team to establish, improve and maintain statistical process control systems.
· Expand the loss management framework beyond Manufacturing and have KPI´s for interfaces with Manufacturing (OR losses)
· Co-own PD pillar with HR, to identify and roll out needed training to the factory population.
· Support the implementation of site improvement programs, including SMED, Center-lining and Kaizen workshops.
· Support and facilitate success of RVS/PG activities
· Design and deliver appropriate training and coaching
· Investigate and deploy latest continuous improvement tools and digital strategies
· Engagement with Key stakeholders and peers across geographies
· Team player with proven problem-solving capabilities (If from outside, Black belt preferred)
· Able to drive sustainable results in performance improvement
Level of education needed:
· Bachelor’s degree required, Engineering or equivalent degree and experience.
· Master’s degree (desirable)
