Job Role: UI SC DMT Manager and Transition Lead
Work Level: WL 2A
Key Roles and responsibilities – UI SC Deodorants & Male Toiletries Manager will manage the end-to-end supply chain for the category focusing on creating supply chain capabilities in manufacturing and distribution with a digital-first approach.
· Enable UI invoicing model on current portfolio to ensure no transition losses.
· Collaborating with internal stakeholders across functions including Supply Chain, R&D, Sourcing Units, Marketing, Finance, Regulatory, and Business Development teams to integrate the current DMT portfolio into UI ways of working.
· Understand and execute old & new GTM capabilities being set up by UI and own the SC agenda to enable them through a digital-first approach.
· Own the Incremental Turnover Target for the DMT category and execute opportunities for new launches to ensure category targets are met.
· Holding and leading Weekly cross-functional meetings to track timelines on projects and proactively work on solutions if necessary to execute on time.
· Lead all new investments and developments for the category with procurement, R&D, and Suppliers \\.
· Understand capabilities & cost benchmarks across internal sourcing units along with Raw and packaging material capabilities and supplier networks – lead format development work with BG/Marketing/R&D teams.
· Adept in ERP systems (Fusion SAP, Oracle, etc) for systems integrations/implementation while being able to understand and navigate current Fusion capabilities.
· Good understanding of inventory management techniques and working with distributors/wholesalers etc in India to plan and provide timely information to business teams.
Change Management
· Manage all change projects related to the formulation, packaging, or any change requested by the customer.
· Keep the Business team updated on all upcoming changes and the transition timelines.
· Communicating with cross-functional teams about product changes, down-stocking, and transition timelines.
· Ensure no service loss or capacity loss happens due to product transitions.
· Helping the operational team troubleshoot issues related to master data updates, Artwork releases, BOM updates, etc.
· Own the savings agenda for the category.
Skills and qualifications required
· Previous experience working in Fusion systems and fulfillment in India. Understanding of end-to-end supply planning process.
· Sharp commercial acumen
· Masters in Management or Bachelors in Engineering with experience in project management
· Strong cross-functional & Stakeholder management
· Excellent communication & logical reasoning Skills
