Main Job Purpose:

This role will be responsible on improving Logistics process cross Arabia , bring more efficiencies, lead transformation projects, and digitalize the Logistics agenda

Key Accountabilities:

· Standardization and optimization of processes across Logistics Transportation & Warehousing in Arabia
· Digitalize Logistics processes cross Transportation, warehousing and documentation
· Research and manage warehouse automation projects across Arabia
· Lead SAP WMS EDI integration across warehouses in Arabia
· Standardize, centralize, and digitize the order creation process cross Arabia
· Improve warehouse dashboard usage cross Arabia including JVs
· Improve traceability tools/methods for Transportation both primary and secondary
· Lead transformation projects in Arabia and ensure on time implementation
· Lead D2C Ecommerce optimization for warehouse processes across Arabia
· Transform existing Power Bi dashboards into fully automated ones
· Monitor 3PL KPI compliance
· Revamp Route to Market across Arabia

Professional Skills

ESSENTIAL

· University degree in Engineering/Logistics/Business Administration/Supply chain management
· Fluent in English and in Arabic.
· 1 - 3 years of experience in supply chain and logistics
· Proficiency in MS Office applications & Power Bi
· Excellent communication skills
· Project Management skills

PREFERRED:

· SAP or any ERP system knowledge is preferable
· Good working knowledge of Supply Chain Processes
· Industrial Engineering Background

Experience Required:

ESSENTIAL

· Proven track record of analytical thinking, project engineering and management

· Communication and Interpersonal Skills

· Ability and experience to the lead the team across countries.

PREFERRED

· Engineering Education (Industrial or Mechanical preferred)

· FMCG experience

· Previous work experience in Safety, Projects Engineering, Logistics, SC Digitization, or Transformation within SC.
