JOB TITLE: Training Manager, Beauty
JOB LOCATION: Singapore

MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
· A training manager for a beauty brand across APAC and Middle East
· Develops and adapt training materials receives from the Headquarter for the regions
· Train and educate the trainers in respective countries in the regions and distributors
· Conducting workshops/talks for consumers

JOB SUMMARY
· Responsible for development and implementation of training program for the beauty brand
· Work closely with the training and education team in Paris
· Conduct regular training with the distributors both on brand, products, services, and facial protocols
· Contributes to the design, development and production of training material in the region by adapting the material receives from HQ
· Provide coaching and development to the retail team in the countries (distributors)
· Evaluates and reviews training materials and tools utilized in the region, updates as appropriate to ensure maximum effectiveness
· Support countries for new product launches or animation (organize workshops or consumer talks)
· Actively participate in two-way communication, sharing and exchanging relevant and timely information with the trainers in each country

KEY REQUIREMENTS
Essential:
· Experience of conducting training and on organizing workshops / talks
· Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to build relationships with internal and external partners
· Ability to use MS office application – PowerPoint, Word, Excel etc
· High attention to detail
· Well develop coaching skill
· Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize
· Flexible and adaptable
· Require some traveling
Desirable:
· Some experience on facial treatments
· Some knowledge on skin structure and interest with the ingredients on skincare
