Job description
Responsibilities
1) Account Management
· Ensure ambitious target setting & monitor closely for performance.
· Prepare plans from Customer Marketing during the Sales Team Meetings with focus on results vs. targets set.
· Monitor, evaluate & track weekly and monthly primary targets and take necessary actions to achieve them.
· Ensure ordering (NIV) & execution to trade (STT) of all agreed promotional stocks & POSM as per company's plan.
· Monitor operation efficiency and effectiveness.
2) Team & Distributor Management
· Coach Distributor Sales Representatives (DSR) for performance in relation to the targets set and build a winning spirit within the team.
· Lead the Field Sales Force by showing examples.
· Setting clear guidelines on coverage planning & territory mapping.
· Ensure adequate management of sales resources during illness/vacation.
· Evaluate profit, NPBT, ROI and cash flow for distributors quarterly.
· Evaluate sales reps on personal performance and contribution.
· Ensuring DSRs target set is met.
· Managing and improving stock in Distributor's warehouse to a healthy level.
· Conduct market visits to ensure activities are implemented as planned.
· Travel Required: 50% travelling on a monthly basis.
Requirements
· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any field.
· Minimum 3 years of Distributive/Traditional/General trade experience in FMCG sales line.
· Minimum 2 years of team leading/managing experience.

· Must be willing to be based in Johor Bahru
