The Territory Business Manager, Out of Home (VIC Metro) role is designed to be fully functional in the 4-Day work week trial.

Job Summary

Growing the Out of Home customer base for the designated territory through New Business, white space opportunities and competitor hitlist. Winning in Independent P&C through compliance gains and ensuring that accounts return an ROI through assets, discounts and promotions.

We are looking for an exceptional Territory Business Manager, Out of Home (VIC Metro) who will build and maintain Customer and CSR relationships and deliver merchandise excellence within their geographic area.

Role Responsibilities:

·  Net customer base to be maintained and new business leads identified, recorded and visited
·  Sales Opportunity for all OOH brands to be maximised in each customer
·  Return on investment criteria to be met for discounts and capital
·  Achievement of NPD and Core Range distribution targets
·  Deliver merchandise excellence within their geographic area
·  Build and maintain Customer and CSR relationships
·  Implementation of agreed monthly targets
·  New product distribution and speed to shelf
·  Participate and comply in all approved company Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) programmes
·  Ensure all data is maintained and updated via iPad

·  Degree in Commerce or Marketing preferred but not essential.
·  Full Driver’s License
