Human Resources Department in Unilever Indonesia have three big function:
· HR Operations (Recruitment, Training, Personnel Administration, Compensation & Benefit, HRIS)
· HR Business Partner
· HR Expertise Team (Leadership Development, Reward).
Key Requirements:
· Legal authorization to work in Indonesia
· Bachelor Degree from reputable university, GPA > 3.00
· 2-3 years HR experience, preferably from multinational companies.
· Fluency in English
· Good computer skills
· Strong communication & influencing skills
