Job description
In the role of Talent Advisor you will ensure the deployment of Attraction and Recruitment Processes in order to ensure the capability to create competitive advantage; in both the short and long term for Unilever.
Working closely with the HRBP Team you will be the responsible for the cross functional recruitment of Early Careers Programs and the Entry Level Positions.
You will also take part on the Employer Branding Strategy, developing engaging proposals for our target audience in order to attract the best Talent.
In Unilever you will work with AI (Artificial Intelligence) and other digital solution to provide the best experience and select the best capabilities to thrive our business with sustainability.
WHAT YOU'LL DO :
· Lead the Recruitment for our Early Careers Programs (Internship Program, Unilever Future Leads Program) as well the Employer Branding proposal to attract Unilever Future Talent.
· Lead the Recruitment assigned processes for entry levels across different business areas (Marketing, Sales & Supporting Functions – Supply Chain, Finance, R&D, HR, etc.
· Use of Unilever's digital recruitment and process powered by Gamification and IA tools.
· Co-Create Talent priorities with the Talent team and Lead projects with relevance for the development of the talent agenda and business needs.
· Together with the HRBP's, identify talent needs and develop solid Talent Pools with Internal and external talent
· Be a Talent Partner/ Advisor for managers and HRBPs during the selection process and the On Boarding phase
· Ensure the applicant tracking system (Taleo) and other HR technologies are up to date
· Manage logistics and communications for university events (career fairs, classroom activities, etc.)
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
· Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related
· Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
· Excellent communication (oral and written) skills in both Spanish and English
· Pasion for Talent Attraction & Acquisition
· Strong planning & organisational skills
· Experience of working with data, reporting and analysis
· Ability to build strong relationships and manage expectations
· Flexibility & willingness to learn
· Proactive troubleshooting
· Basic project management skills
· Employee engagement initiatives /employer branding activities (nice to have)
